Arroyo de la Miel is a cozy town with lots of shops, restaurants and all other amenities, this area is full of life all year round. In Avenida de las Palmeras there are many good restaurants, a large Mercadona and a racket club with paddle and tennis courts.
The train station in Arroyo de la Miel is right in the center, and here you can take the train to the airport, the Plaza Mayor and Malaga shopping mall, but also the other way to Fuengirola. Benalmadena is close to the airport, about 15 minutes drive, and it is about 20 minutes to Malaga and Marbella.
In the area you can do all sorts of activities: Golf, pedal, tennis and all kinds of water sports.

There are fantastic views of the Mediterranean and Africa from all floors, the house has an ideal sunny orientation, and the general distribution of the rooms makes this an ideal family home.
